Customer Service Representative – Call Center (Part Time) - Nicosia

Customer Service Point (CSP) Representatives - Nicosia, Larnaca

The role:

We are currently accepting job applications for our Retail stores. The job is on a part-time contract basis. The CSP Representative enjoys a dynamic and high energy work environment. Responsibility to provide an outstanding customer experience in the retail store by assisting new and existing customers.  As a member of a store team, they will strive toward helping the store achieve its financial and customer service goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell the Company’s products and services; Provide quality customer service and support to existing and prospective clients.
  • Offer efficient & effective after-sales service.
  • Assist with all functions within a retail store in compliance with MTN’s policies and procedures.

Knowledge/Education:

  • Educated to a degree level will be an advantage.
  • At least 6 months experience in retail or another environment with a strong customer focus will be considered as an advantage.

Technical Support Engineer - IT - Nicosia


The role:

We are currently looking for Technical Support Engineer. He will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help our client’s requests.Technical Support Engineer responsibilities include resolving network issues, configuring operating systems and provide immediate support. He will contact clients via (phone, mail) and/or provide clear, written instructions and technical manuals. He will be a person our customers trust. They will rely on him to provide timely and accurate solutions to their technical problems.

 Responsibilities: 
  • Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
  • Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
  • Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
  • Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
  • Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions 
  • Ensure all issues are properly logged
  • Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting 
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports
  • Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
  • Maintain good relationships with clients

Knowledge/Education: 

  • Two years of work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux environments
  • Good knowledge for Antivirus software, office 365, Active directory, Xen desktop and VDI solutions 
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
  • BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field,Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus
  • To be qualified for this role, he should be naturally a helper, enjoy assisting people with computer issues and are able to explain technical details simply.

Accounts Payable Accountant - Nicosia

 The role:

We are currently looking for an Accountant within our Finance Division. The Accountant will be responsible to process financial documents in a timely and accurate manner, to proceed with timely payments of supplier invoices, to provide controls through our policies and procedures, to ensure compliance with appropriate laws and regulations and to deliver reliable reporting and spend analysis to internal customers. 

Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile vendor statements to ensure timely and accurate payment will be made, research and correct differences/variances
  • Communication with internal and external customers and vendors for exchange of information and resolving any issues identified
  • Timely and accurate processing of invoices
  • Respond to inquiries from both internal and external customers and vendors in a timely manner
  • Assisting in month end close process for Payables department
  • Adhering to the policies and procedures of the Company and Payables department
  • Perform other ad-hoc as assigned by the Payables Supervisor/Manager

Knowledge/Education:

  • BSc Degree in Accounting and/or CAT qualification
  • At least 2 years working experience in a similar position is essential
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping and general accepted accounting principles
  • Fluent written and spoken Greek and English
  • Computer literate (MS office) 
  • Good multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet the deadlines
  • Analytical skills & ability to work in a team

Software Developer - Nicosia

 The role:

As a full-stack Software Developer, you will assist in the day to day design and development of new software applications and maintenance of existing software applications. The ideal candidate should be able to design, develop and customize applications. Reviews, analyzes and revises complex program issues that arise.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, customize and integrate software applications
  • Troubleshoot and support software systems
  • Setup, monitor and administrate software systems

Knowledge/Education:

  • University education in a Computer Science or relevant
  • 2+ years of hands on programming experience
  • Strong knowledge of Java, PHP or Node.js
  • Strong Experience on SQL Databases
  • Experienced in Agile methodology (Scrum / Kanban)
  • Experienced in JIRA
  • Knowledge of Git
  • Knowledge of unit testing frameworks
