  • Износа оригинальной батареи, поставляемой изготовителем устройства

Услуга доступна во всех магазинах MTN.

 

Если Вы являетесь контрактным абонентом MTN:

Страховка действует в течение 18 месяцев, а сумма ежемесячного вноса рассчитывается в зависимости от стоимости устройства.

Сроки и условия
  1. MTN offers the possibility to its subscribers to secure their Smartphone device (the “Device”) via a third insurance company (the “Insurance Company”).
  2. The Subscriber has to sign a 18-months Insurance Agreement with the Insurance Company (the “Insurance Agreement”). During the 18 months period, the subscriber may proceed with numerous claims, provided that the terms and conditions of the Insurance Agreement apply.
  3. The insured risks, damages and the exceptions are mentioned in detail within the Insurance Agreement, which you can review HERE.
  4. The Insurance Agreement’s monthly charges are going to be paid through subscriber’s monthly MTN invoice.
  5. In case the subscriber did not settled his/her monthly invoices and his/her line has been bared out, then the Insurance Agreement is paused and the Device is no longer covered under the Insurance Agreement. When the subscriber proceeds with the payment of the due invoices, then the Insurance Agreement will be also activated.
  6. In case the subscriber did not settled his/her monthly invoices and his/her line has been suspended, then the Insurance Agreement is automatically canceled and the Device is no longer covered under the Insurance Agreement.
  7. If the subscriber wishes to proceed with cancellation of the Insurance Agreement he/she has to inform MTN accordingly, except in case the subscriber, within the 18 months period, has already proceeded with any claim from the Insurance Company.
  8. The present terms and conditions apply supplementary to the terms and conditions of the Insurance Agreement.

 

Если же Вы не являетесь контрактным абонентом MTN:

Страховка действует в течение первых 12 месяцев с момента покупки. Для того чтобы активировать страховку, клиенту необходимо оплатить предусмотренный за этот период страховой взнос.

  1. MTN offers the possibility to its customers to insure their Smartphone device via a third insurance company (the “Insurance Company”).
  2. The customer has to sign a 12-months Insurance Agreement with the Insurance Company (the “Insurance Agreement”). During the coverage period, the customer may proceed with numerous claims, provided that the terms and conditions of the Insurance Agreement apply.
  3. The insured risks, damages and the exceptions are mentioned in detail within the Insurance Agreement, which you can review HERE.
  4. Insurance fee should be paid upfront at the time of signing the insurance agreement. 
  5. Signing of the insurance agreement should take place at the time of the device purchase.
  6. The present terms and conditions apply supplementary to the terms and conditions of the Insurance Agreement.

  1. MTN offers the possibility to its subscribers to secure their mobile phone via a third insurance company (the “Insurance Company”).
  2. The Subscriber have to sign a 18-months Insurance Agreement with the Insurance Company (the “Insurance Agreement”).
  3. The insured risks, damages and the exceptions are mentioned in detail within the Insurance Agreement, which you can review here.
  4. The Insurance Agreement’s monthly charges are going to be paid through subscriber’s monthly MTN invoice.
  5. The first monthly charge of the Insurance Agreement is going to be paid by MTN and is not going to be charged to the subscriber's account.
  6. If the subscriber wishes to proceed with cancellation of the Insurance Agreement, he/she should send in writing the cancellation request, within 30 days from the issuance date of the signed Insurance Agreement.
