Customer Service Point (CSP) Representatives -  Nicosia, Larnaca, Limassol, Paphos, Paralimni

The role:

We are currently accepting job applications for our Retail stores. The job is on a part-time contract basis. The CSP Representative enjoys a dynamic and high energy work environment. Responsibility to provide an outstanding customer experience in the retail store by assisting new and existing customers.  As a member of a store team, they will strive toward helping the store achieve its financial and customer service goals.

Marketing Product Specialist - Nicosia

The role:

We are currently looking for a  dynamic and forward-thinking Marketing Product Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and delivery of an optimized product experience for the Broadband and TV segments, through the development of initiatives, product experience and overall management of the specific segments.  

  • Deliver the product roadmap, aligned to the Company Strategy 
  • Manage  the segment initiatives across all contact channels (Customer service, Retail, Business and Indirect channels)
  • Manage end to end the product roadmap delivery
  • Communicate and collaborate with different departments within the company
  • Define product proposition details including Customer Experience, Features & benefits, Pricing changes 
  • Design, implement and maintain adequate reporting to monitor the segments’ performance
  • Prepare monthly & yearly forecast for sales and revenue for own segments
  • Implement product marketing campaigns for the product line including objective setting, conduct market research, develop product mix and action plans
  • Provide critical input to optimize product mix, through the product lifecycle seeking feedback from customers and business functions.
  • Carry out user acceptance tests on new reports and systems to support the segments’ newly developed products

  • Degree level education in Information Systems management, IT or Engineering – Marketing or Business Administration related knowledge will be considered as an extra asset
  • 2-3 years in product management or product marketing experience
  • Strong analytical skills, experience in reporting and analysis
  • Strong oral communication skills and experience in liaising between business and IT functions
  • Excellent knowledge of computer applications (Office Suite) is required
  • Exposed to Software development lifecycle and methodologies (requirements gathering, analysis, testing) will be considered as a strong asset
  • 2+ years of product development experience in telecommunications environment, preferred

Commercial Analyst - Nicosia

The role:

MTN is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Commercial Analyst to be part of the team working on business analysis, budgets and forecasts, management and group reporting, and supporting commercial team. 

  • Maintain and enhance various databases used by Commercial Function in coordination with BI Team
  • Work closely with Business Intelligence and IT division to ensure consistent, clear and accurate information
  • Translating complex datasets into key strategic insights for the business 
  • Development, implementation and maintenance of regular reports/analyses of relevant financial and non-financial KPIs in area of given responsibility
  • Identify and monitor metrics that drive and measure business performance and customer impact
  • Analyse and reconcile financial and performance data provided by internal sources to measure true performance of products/services/offers/campaigns
  • Create and maintain weekly/monthly reports
  • Deliver and support ad-hoc reporting for Commercial Team
  • Design and prepare campaigns on existing customer base 
  • Contribute to business cases for new products/services/offers/campaigns and marketing strategies
  • Help on budgeting and forecasting cycles working with the business to define volumes, revenue and cost

Qualifications, Skills & experience:  

  • BSc in BI, Economics, Finance, Data Analysis or related field
  • Postgraduate degree will be considered as an advantage
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL is a must
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (able to work with large data sets)
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Fluent written and spoken Greek and English
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial understanding
  • Good multitasking and organizational skills
  • Able to handle a heavy workload under pressure with competing priorities
  • Business awareness
